Inspection Upon Delivery:
Please inspect the Product within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. If any issues are identified, please contact the authorized distributor immediately.
Returns & Exchanges:
Wemily products are handcrafted and made to order. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted only for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Warranty Period:
• Structural Components: Three (3) years
• Natural Materials and Surface Components: One (1) year
Warranty Service:
Warranty becomes effective on the Warranty Start Date shown on the Wemily Warranty Card. During the warranty period, Wemily will provide repair or other appropriate remedies for defects in materials or workmanship.
The following conditions are not covered under warranty:
Natural material and craftsmanship characteristics, normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modification or repair, and damage caused by external factors.

退換貨說明：
Wemily 作品均為手工訂製。除製造瑕疵或運輸損壞外，恕不接受退貨、換貨或退款。
保固期限：
• 結構部件：三年保固
• 天然材料及表面部件：一年保固
保固服務：
自 Wemily 保固卡所載之保固起算日起生效。期間內，Wemily 將就材料或製造瑕疵提供維修或適當處理。
下列情況不適用保固：
天然材料特性及工藝特性、正常使用之磨耗或老化、不當使用、未經授權之修改或維修，以及外部因素造成之損壞。
