Since 2000, he has engaged in dialogue with the world through interior design.
In 2011, he founded ISITCASA, inspired by his admiration for Danish designer Hans J. Wegner, and became the agent for the Danish fine woodworking brand PP MØBLER.
In 2023, he extended his practice into furniture design under the name “Hung Wen-Liang Design Studio.”
In 2024, he released his first furniture piece, Er Chair.
In 2026, Er Chair received the Red Dot Award: Product Design.
Hung Wen-Liang is a Taiwanese designer whose practice originates from spatial design. His interior works are grounded in a minimalist approach, where he excels at achieving maximum spatial potential with minimal material intervention. His works have received international recognition, including the iF Design Award and the Red Dot Design Award in Germany.
While establishing a solid foundation in interior design, he gradually extended his practice into furniture design, regarding design as an ongoing process of cultivation. In his approach, he does not pursue formal expression for its own sake; instead, through repeated refinement and attention to subtle differences, he continuously negotiates and recalibrates—seeking a precise balance where structure, proportion, and tactility return to a state that feels naturally formed.
His furniture design language is rooted in local culture while integrating the restraint of Nordic design. He proposes “Preserving Essence, Transforming Form” as a methodology—retaining the intrinsic qualities while allowing form to evolve across contexts.
For Hung, design is not merely an object to be observed, but something to be used, perceived, and gradually imbued with meaning over time. In this process, time itself—and the traces of use—becomes part of the design.

教育背景及工作經歷：中原大學室內設計學系 碩士
2000年，以室內設計開啟與外界的對話。
2011年，創立 ISITCASA，緣起於對丹麥設計師 Hans J. Wegner 的喜愛，進而代理丹麥細木作品牌 PP MØBLER。
2023年，以「洪文諒設計工作室」之名，跨足家具設計領域。
2024年，發表首件家具設計作品——《而椅》。
2026年，《而椅》榮獲德國紅點產品設計獎。
洪文諒，台灣設計師。其創作起於空間。室內設計作品以簡約風格為主，善於以最少的材料創造最大的可能性，作品屢獲國際獎項肯定，包括德國 iF 設計獎與紅點設計獎。
在室內設計領域累積成果的同時，他將創作延伸至家具設計，並將設計視為一段持續修煉的過程。在實踐中，不追求形式的張揚，而是在反覆修正與微小差異之間，不斷取捨與判斷，尋找最恰當的平衡——讓結構、比例與觸感回到一種自然生成的狀態。
他的家具設計語言，以在地文化為底，融合北歐設計的節制精神，提出「質存形變」作為方法——保留本質，並使形式在不同情境中持續轉化。對他而言，設計不只是被觀看的對象，而是一種能被使用、被感知，並隨時間累積意義的存在；同時，讓時間與使用痕跡成為設計的一部分。
